1. Service & Restriction with Airlines is based on information provided by the concern Airlines & company; you may verify same by directly contacting the concerned Airlines by visiting their website or Tel no. We endeavor to validate and authenticate this information in utter good faith. We request you to reach Airport positively well before time to avoid any last minute hassles (for Domestic flight it is mandatory to reach to Airport 2 hours before scheduled departure time & for International flights 4 hours  before schedule). Calcutta 2 California does not own any responsibility for any delay / sudden cancellation of any flight to any destinations & the concern Airlines only responsible for the compensation part & the same we may convey if the particular Airlines will inform & ask us to do so. Any incorrect information in Airlines’ website or ticket (such as flight time, but not limited to…) should be verified well before the departure time in case of any doubt & in any circumstances we should not hold responsible for the same.

2. Flight Baggage Allowance – In generally one suitcase not exceeding 23 Kgs of Weight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and 42 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as Handbag/ Cabin Bag in Economy Class. It is always advised that clients should check directly with airlines before travel to get the present & correct update. 

3.Classification of Star Hotels is based on information provided by the individual hotel company; you must verify same by directly contacting the concerned hotel by visiting their website or Tel no. We endeavor to validate and authenticate this information in utter good faith. Calcutta 2 California does not own any hotel & therefore not responsible for any incorrect star rating and type of room provided by the hotel company. Descriptions, photographs, sketches and list of amenities/facilities are also provided by the hotel company, this may also be got verified by directly communicating the hotel company by visiting their website or by contacting the hotel management on Tel no. It is always advised that clients should check directly with hotel & airlines before travel to get the present & correct update.

4. Meals during Tours – Calcutta 2 California reserves the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances create such unavoidable condition to do so. The Meals are preset and choice of menu would not be available during tour unless mentioned in voucher. 
6. Tour Package may consists of different component like Airlines, Hotels, Trains, Cars etc.. & Calcutta 2 California is working as a consolidator to design the whole package together for clients’ expedient services. As the cancellation rules are different for different component hence if product & service like Airlines get cancelled at last moment & may announce for the refund, hotel(s) may charge full retention as per their policy & vice versa. In such circumstances, being a consolidator, we can only be able to provide the refund amount of particular supplier who can agree to client for refund & the rest part will be forfeited. Under no circumstances Calcutta 2 California will be liable & no further refund can be demanded. 

6. Hotels and Services are subject to full payment realization & quoted detail is subject to the final Confirmation from the Airlines, Hotels and Suppliers, Else similar property / cabs (Hotels / Transports) will be used. Kindly be advised mentioned rates are as of date and subject to change without prior notice. 
7. Calcutta 2 California always want to serve you best & guarantee you comfort & safe journey but in case of any unavoidable situation or natural calamities or instrumental insufficiency, the services may not be up to the mark, then Calcutta 2 California would try to provide alternate preeminent available solution during the tour itself & same will be treated as the best compensation. However clients may have to pay extra amount directly to the concern local service provider(s) in such circumstances. 

All our International packages are subject to RBI / GOI Rules and Regulation.

“The time schedule fixed by our local partner / operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators’ timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.

This intimation supersede all previous offers by Calcutta 2 California and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.”

Note of Caution Before Booking of Package/Travel Tour Component

Travel-tour packages/travel-tour components, that you are intent to book from Calcutta 2 California (www.calcutta2california.com) are of such nature where one has to undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them. Tours / Travel Package may involve long hours of travelling and some components may include theme park activities, speed boat rides, balloon rides, under sea activities, different other adventure sports etc. which are suitable only for medically/physically/mentally fit persons. We therefore, counsel heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure and diabetes, should not undertake such tours. There will be no medical help that can be provided during such tours & no emergency help will be arranged. Therefore we advise, not to venture if any person requires special medical attention during the tour. We also advise every tourist should take travel & medical insurance as per their requirements which may help in the time of need. Calcutta 2 California can assist its clients and offer exclusive insurance cover according to tour coverage. Also it has to be remembered that there is no luggage/baggage assistance and this is expected that every tourists to manage & responsible for their own luggage. Some of the tourist products are without any facilitation of elevators/escalators and travelers must have to use stairs. In spite of the above mentioned warning(s), clients/tourists who undertakes the tour, the same must at his/her own risk or decision.

Calcutta 2 California (www.calcutta2california.com) will not be responsible at all for any medical complication that may occur during the tour. Not only this, one has to be medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages. 

It is advised that clients/ guests should/must satisfy themselves by undergoing medical checkup and obtain proper medical fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner & may carry the same with other documents such as Passport, Visa, Insurance etc..but not limited to, which may/may not require during the tour. Now a days Covid vaccination certificate (RT-PCR report within 48 hours if single dose) is mandatory in many tourist places for the guests. For domestic & International travel full vaccination is must. In particular for International travel we do advise you to take necessary Medical insurance / Covid insurance / Travel insurance from us for smooth travel and immigration.

PAN card copy required for billing. For International Travel tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange or in equivalent INR price on the payment date (subject to RBI/GOI regulation) except cost of Airlines tickets.
